When the surgery is closed, your telephone call is automatically diverted to the vet on duty.
If the vet is already out attending an emergency, you can leave a message on the answering machine, giving your name, telephone number and a brief description of the problem.
The vet will return your call as soon as possible.
If your call is very urgent and can not wait, then you can phone the vet on their mobile phone. (the number will be provided by their answering machine message).
The mobile phone has occasional difficulties with reception in some areas - please try again after a few minutes until the phone responds.
A vet is available for emergencies 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
